This fantastic apartment is part of a neighborhood (urbanization) in a great yet quiet location in the heart of Punta Prima and within walking distance of a large supermarket, about 300 m. Furthermore, within a radius of one kilometre you will find a huge variety of restaurants and cosy bars with often live music.

The apartment is located on the2nd and highest floor (no elevator) and is located on the south. It has a spacious conservatory with sitting and dining area with glass sliding doors, in addition, it has a very private and spacious roof terrace with lounge set, four-person dining table, sunbeds, awning, luxury outdoor shower and very large storage room, equipped with kitchen cabinets and a fridge / freezer. From the conservatory and the roof terrace you have a view of the sea (distance 1.5 km).

The apartment has two 2-person bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom is furnished with two separate 1-person beds (which can also be attached to each other) and one with one large double bed (180-200). You will also find a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a spacious bright kitchen that is fully equipped, including washing machine and dishwasher. Towels, bed linen and kitchen linen are available. On request and for a small fee we can also place a cot.

The cozy spacious living room has plenty of closet space, a large (relax) sofa, side tables, TV with many international channels (UK, NL, B, D, F, E etc.). A fast wifi connection is available throughout the apartment.

In addition to beautiful ceiling fans (with remote control) in all rooms, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (in living room and master bedroom).

The urbanisation has two beautifully maintained communal swimming pools with sunbathing areas. The apartment is 80 meters from the main swimming pool. There is parking right outside the door, secure and separated from the main street.

Punta Prima is located on the outskirts of Torrevieja and close to all the amenities that the Orihuela Costa has to offer, including beautiful beaches, several golf courses and nature reserves. Torrevieja is easy to reach by bus or car, as is the famous Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. For short distances, you will find a pitch for electric rental scooters near the apartment. 

If you rent from us, you will also receive the digital information booklet prior to your holiday, so that you can see what is available and what tips we have included for you, regarding sights, shopping, restaurants and bars, beaches, nearby cities etc. etc. Of course, it is also printed in the apartment.

  • NB Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace.
  • Please also keep in mind that if you arrive after 10 p.m. in the evening, you will pay € 30 extra to our keyholder upon arrival (NB we do not receive anything from this).
  • Due to changed regulations of the Municipality, we ask you to provide a copy of your valid ID cards / passports (of all guests) when booking.

We have been the proud owners of this apartment since April 2024. We had been coming to this area on holiday for years and viewed many homes before we bought this apartment. It was "love at first sight" for both of them. We come from the Netherlands, The Hague area and, like so many others, the better climate and the significantly lower costs for the pleasures of life have been a reason to buy an apartment in Spain. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 0% of the rental price; for cancellation up to 3 weeks 25% and from 10 days until the start date of the rental period 75%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price. Possible: If the holiday home is still rented (the old tenant can, if he wishes, arrange for a new tenant himself, provided this is done through the intermediary), the rental price that the tenant would have to pay will be reduced by the amount that the landlord has to pay for that holiday. period from the new tenant. Additional information

It was very nice in your apartment. Easily accessible, easy to find. Nice appearance. It is a complete apartment. All very neat, nice big shower cabin. Nice balcony and sun terrace. Beautiful swimming pools, not very nice water temperature in November. The only thing we missed is a chair or rack in the bedroom for the clothes. Nice within walking distance of the restaurants, plenty of choice. Live music almost every night. Number 9
