This house was modernized in 2024 and we have turned it into an attractive and cozy house. It is tastefully decorated to make you feel welcome and at home and you immediately get that real holiday feeling. There is a lovely heated communal mineral swimming pool less than 1 minute from our Casa.
The house has a large terrace with beautiful garden furniture to enjoy breakfast in the morning, relax or play a game. In addition, you can use the stone BBQ on the terrace to enjoy the evening.
The cozy living room with spacious open kitchen immediately gives you a warm welcome. The cozy living room has a comfortable relaxation sofa, a fireplace and an air conditioner with heating function, a dining table for 4 people and a television with 1000 channels. The extensive kitchen with breakfast bar for 2 people is equipped with a 4 burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto, airfryer and microwave and is very spacious and fully equipped.
There are 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning with cooling and heating function and one bedroom with 2 single beds and fan. Both rooms have ample closet space.
The bathroom has a spacious, new shower cabin, toilet, sink and bathroom cabinet and a heater.
There is also a washing machine, which is located in a separate room that is accessible via the terrace.
The house is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood in Polop/Alberca and is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay.
