The House
Villa Mirabilis is a spacious ground floor house with a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the front garden you can enjoy cooling off in the private swimming pool. All rooms have access to the patio through a sliding door. And the entire roof is a huge roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, bar, dining table and spacious lounge sofa. And of course there is enough space for the sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
The house has an integrated air conditioning system for cooling and heating in all rooms.
Area
You will not easily get bored here. Villa Mirabilis is located against the existing buildings of Pilar de la Horadada. You can walk to the pleasant village square in a few minutes and around the house are several restaurants and a small supermarket.
A walking and cycling route leads from the house through the dry river bed (ramblas) to the beach, just 2.5 km away. With the bicycles available in the house (for a small fee) you can be there in 10 minutes. But there is plenty of parking space at the beach, so you can also go by car.
In the vicinity you will find the mud baths of San Pedro del Pinatar and the flamingos at the salt lakes. Hiking is possible in the Rio Seco and on the Mar menor and the Mediterranean there are many opportunities for water sports or snorkeling.
Our house is located about 45 minutes from Murcia and Alicante. In about half an hour you are in Cartagena or Elche. And there are several shopping centers in the region, so shopping is no problem.
The region is known for its many beautiful golf courses. And cycling enthusiasts will discover that there are good cycling paths in the area.
