Our house was completed in 2020, and therefore modern and fully equipped. Furnished with a sense of style and luxury.
The house
Villa Mirabilis is a spacious single-storey house with a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the front garden you can enjoy cooling off in the private swimming pool. All rooms have access to the patio through a sliding door. And the entire roof is a huge roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, bar, dining table and spacious lounge sofa. And of course there is plenty of space for the sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
The house is equipped with an integrated air conditioning system for cooling and heating in all rooms.
The area
You won't get bored easily here. Villa Mirabilis is located against the existing buildings of Pilar de la Horadada. You can walk to the cozy village square in a few minutes and around the house are several restaurants and a small supermarket.
From the house a walking and cycling route runs through the dry riverbed (ramblas) to the beach just 2.5 km away. With the bicycles available in the house (for a small fee) you are there in 10 minutes. But there is plenty of parking at the beach, so you can also go by car.
In the vicinity you will find the mud baths of San Pedro del Pinatar and the flamingos at the salt lakes. Hiking can be done in the Rio Seco and on the Mar menor and the Mediterranean Sea there are many opportunities for water sports or snorkeling.
Our house is about 45 minutes from Murcia and Alicante. In about half an hour you are in Cartagena or Elche. And there are several shopping centers in the region, so shopping is no problem.
The region is known for its many beautiful golf courses. And cycling enthusiasts will discover that there are good cycle paths in the area.
