Within walking distance of the center of Pilar de la Horadada you will find our apartment on a small-scale Residence consisting of 12 apartments with communal swimming pool that is executed in a "Thai garden" theme with lots of bamboo.

Our apartment is located on the first floor, has its own indoor parking, large private roof terrace with lots of privacy and 2 extra terraces. Our apartment is also equipped with very pleasant underfloor heating! Pilar is a typical Spanish town in the south of Alicante, and only 1 km north of the regional border with the province of Murcia.

Several beautiful beaches (Mil Palmeras, Torre de la Horadada, Cabo Roig) with cozy beach bars are only 3 to 8 kilometers away.
The beaches of the Mar Menor are also within easy reach.

In the center of Pilar there are many nice restaurants and Cerveceria's.

The airports of Alicante and Murcia/Corvera are a 45-minute drive away.
There is a supermarket 600 meters away.

Come and enjoy the sunshine that is present here 320 days a year!

Bienvenida! For a few years now, we had been dreaming about our own home in the warm, dry and sunny region of the Costa Blanca. And sometimes you just have to try to turn your dreams into reality! After an intensive search, both at various Spanish locations and on the internet, in which we weighed up all our wishes and requirements and sometimes had to adjust, we came into contact with this beautiful new-build project just outside the center of Pilar de la Horadada .

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Want to enjoy it for an extra long time? Rental for a longer period (more than 3 weeks) in the winter period is possible.
Please contact us first.
NB: Our apartment has underfloor heating!

Payment conditions : When booking you have to pay 50% in advance, 6 weeks before the start of the holiday the last 50% must be paid. Booking is only final when 50% of the amount to be paid has been deposited into the account. In the meantime, the booking remains in option.

Cancellation policy;
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rent.
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rent.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, there will be no refund.
You must take out your own cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure time : In the case of subsequent rental period, always in consultation with us.

Energy costs: Will be calculated by the manager at the final inspection (0.40 per KWH) and deducted from the deposit.

Deposit: Will be refunded by the landlord within two weeks after the tenant leaves the property.
Any damage found by the manager during the final inspection will be deducted from the deposit.
