The apartment complex has 2 communal swimming pools.
Upon entering the apartment you have the 1st bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, then you have the kitchen area with sink, dishwasher and microwave and oven around the corner, the continuation of the kitchen with induction hob and the fridge.
In the first bedroom you encounter there are 2 single beds (90cm by 200cm), the 2nd bedroom has a double bed (160cm by 200cm) in this bedroom you have an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and it opens onto the terrace through a sliding window.
Bed & bath linen are included with us.
In the living room there is a sofa for at least 4 people with TV cabinet, smart TV and internet. Dining area is also provided. From the living room you can also access the terrace through a sliding window.
On the terrace there is a spacious lounge and dining table to take a nice breakfast in the morning sun.
The apartment has a distant sea view from the sunny terrace.
If you are by car or rent a car, you can use it to place it in the underground parking garage. There is also a storage room at the parking garage where you can find sun loungers to relax by the pool
The apartment is not so far from the N332 but still no nuisance from the cars so easily accessible. Is within walking distance of Calle Major and some supermarkets. There is a shopping trolley for shopping on foot. Also plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.
The sea is about 2.3 km from the apartment, it is easy to reach by car, 5min drive but also on foot this is very doable, via the car-free rambla you come directly to the beach.
La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is a 15-minute drive away. The mud baths of San Pedro del Pinatar are also easily accessible within 10 minutes. A very good base to go out
