This spacious, modern and ground floor corner apartment offers everything needed for a well-deserved holiday. The apartment is south facing and consists of a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. You also have a spacious living room with television set and relax chair, 3 bedrooms, 2 with television. A spacious south-facing terrace with 2 electric awnings and a private parking space a few meters from the apartment. The complex is completely fenced. There are 2 swimming pools, each with a children's pool. Both the TV in the living room and the TVs in the 2 bedrooms are equipped with Flemish, Dutch channels and all well-known foreign channels. There are also some streaming platforms installed that you can use.
Pilar de la Horadada is a quiet town where you can still do some shopping and good food. You are also 5 minutes from the beach, the largest shopping center on the costa blanca and 15 minutes from Torrevieja.
In the apartment is an extensive information folder drawn up by ourselves and there are most brochures that you can find at the tourist office. We also do our best to keep this as up to date as possible.
