Welcome to our beautiful new build apartment in Pilar de la Horadada, one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca. This modern and tastefully furnished apartment offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday under the Spanish sun and is the ideal base for families, couples and winter visitors. So you can also contact us for longer-term rentals.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to four people. The bright living space connects seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities during your stay. Thanks to the many windows, you can enjoy plenty of natural light and a pleasant spacious feeling.

One of the biggest assets of the apartment is the spacious terrace with an open view. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun in peace, relax with a good book or have a pleasant aperitif while looking out over the surroundings. The Mediterranean climate makes it possible to live outdoors almost all year round. There is also a spacious elevator to have very easy access to the apartment.

For extra comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all areas, so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature both during hot summer days and in the cooler months. In addition, you will have a private underground parking space and a storage room, which will make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment is part of a well-kept residence with two beautiful communal swimming pools, where you can cool off or relax on a sun lounger. The quiet surroundings create a pleasant holiday atmosphere, while all amenities are still close by.

The location is ideal. Just a five-minute drive from the sea you will find the beautiful sandy beaches of Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras, known for their clear waters, pleasant promenade and excellent restaurants. Supermarkets, shops, cafes and local markets are also within easy reach.

For those who like to be active, the area offers plenty of possibilities. Guests can walk or cycle along the coast, enjoy various water sports or visit one of the nearby golf courses. In addition, cities such as Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are perfect for a cultural day trip.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 15 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 1 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
