Welcome to our lovely penthouse, located in a quiet and well-kept community with 162 apartments. From the apartment and from the spacious roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. A wonderful place to relax, enjoy the Spanish sun and enjoy a beautiful holiday day in the evening with a drink.
The penthouse features two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it great for families, two couples or staying with friends. All rooms are air-conditioned. In the summer, it provides cooling and in the winter, the air conditioner can pleasantly heat the rooms.
The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal yourself. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and tea towels are included, so you don't have to worry about them during your stay.
There is also a washing machine. Ideal for a wash, especially when you stay a little longer or travel with children.
Enjoy the roof terrace
One of the big pluses of our penthouse is the spacious private roof terrace with beautiful sea views. Here you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
Start the day quietly with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, read a book while the children swim or end the day with a cozy dinner and a drink while the sun slowly sets.
The roof terrace is a wonderful place to spend time together and really experience that holiday feeling.
Swimming pools and fun
The community has two swimming pools, where you can swim, cool off or relax on hot days.
For the youngest guests there is a small play area with a swing and slide, where they can play outside.
There is also enough space around the complex to park your car for free and easily. So you can just park the car near the apartment.
Beach within walking distance
A great advantage of this location is its proximity to the beach. The beautiful Playa Higuericas is within walking distance of the apartment. A lovely sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or take a leisurely walk along the coast.
Don't feel like taking the car? Then you can walk straight to the beach for a wonderful beach day.
Everything close by
You don't have to travel far for groceries, restaurants and other amenities either. The centers of Pilar de la Horadada and Torre de la Horadada are close by. Here you will find cozy restaurants and terraces, shops, supermarkets and everything you need during your holiday.
The area also offers plenty of opportunities to go out. Do you want a day of culture, shopping or strolling through the city? Alicante is about a 45 minute drive away.
