We rent out our beautiful fully detached authentic Spanish villa with private pool. And you know what? On a mountain and with a breathtaking sea view! Best of all. Even in the summer a nice breeze. The palm trees and olive tree in our garden immediately create a tropical atmosphere. Our villa is located on top of a mountain, near Dénia, Moraira and Javéa. Benidorm is about a 20 minute drive on the AP7 (which is now free). Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mas y Mas, Carrefour) 5 minutes away, beaches 10 minutes away and restaurants also 5 minutes away.

The villa is equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. A beautiful pool bar with outdoor kitchen where you can cook or BBQ outside. Various shaded seats, sunbeds by the pool and even a sunroof (terrace).  Afraid that the little ones will run away? The entire plot is fully fenced, so you really have a holiday yourself. There is plenty of space to park on site (2 to 3 cars).

Inside there is an open kitchen with a spacious sitting area for the whole family. In the evening you can play games here. There is also a TV room with a large flat screen. Equipped with Chromecast, so you can watch the TV from home there. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds (4). Here is possibly. an extra bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a large double bed and a roof terrace. So there is possibility for a maximum of 7 people.
