It is the perfect base for anyone who wants to discover the Costa Blanca and Marina Alta. Within walking distance there is a tennis/Padel Club and the 27 hole golf course of La Sella is 10 minutes away. Enjoy the beaches of Denia and Javea, experience the gastronomy of the region in one of the many great restaurants. If you don't feel like going out, just lay down your towel by the pool located in the beautiful garden.
The house is fully equipped. You enter the hall with the spacious toilet on the right. Straight ahead you walk into the spacious kitchen. Here you will find an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, etc. To the left is the spacious living room with sofa, 40" smart TV, large dining table and outside the terrace. Upstairs there are 2 good sized bedrooms. A bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Adjacent to the master bedroom there is another terrace. A baby cot can be placed. Enjoy the luxurious bathroom with rain shower, bidet and vanity unit.
Of course, all towels are ready for you. Furthermore, there is super fast fiber optic (1000mb) wireless internet throughout the house, so ideal if you want to work or game. The house also has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs that cools in the summer and can heat in the winter. There is also a fireplace in the living room. We rent out our house with an official rental license.
We recommend that you rent a car during your stay so that you can discover all the beauty of the area.
