The house has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are cozy, but you come to Spain to enjoy the outdoors and this house is fully equipped for that (roof terrace with pergola, lounge set, loungers, dining table with 2 loungers).
There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry room. There is also an ironing board available. Furthermore, the kitchen and living room are attractively furnished and all necessary accessories have been taken into account.
In short, a place where you can enjoy the wonderful Spanish climate in peace and quiet.
Vistabella Golf has a well-maintained, beautiful 18-hole golf course. It is a challenging course with lots of variety and beautiful views. In addition to the beautiful golf course, the domain offers all kinds of other facilities, including various shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants; everything within walking distance.
In this part of Spain it is necessary to have a rental car at your disposal, but with that car you can undertake numerous activities within a radius of 10-15 km.
Costa Blanca South offers many opportunities to go out, in addition to golf, sun and beach, there are kilometers of cycling & walking routes, you can play paddle, many water sports activities are offered, you can go horse riding, go-karting and there is an Aquapark for the children . If you want to do some shopping after all this, you can indulge yourself at La Zenia Boulevard.
Our house is also a good starting point to explore the beautiful hinterland of the Costa Blanca with many authentic Spanish villages and towns such as bustling Murcia, beautiful Cartagena, Orhuela or Elche (city of palm trees).
