During our search for an ideal holiday home , we mainly looked for something that radiated tranquility , where you can enjoy a carefree holiday & relax !
The apartment (built in 2021) is located in the Vistabella Golf urbanization. This urbanization has been developed (as the name suggests) around the golf courses of Vistabella Golf. There are also 3 padel courts and a fitness facility.
Within walking distance of the apartment there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, an ATM and several restaurants and bars.
The house is completely new from November 2021!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is WiFi and a TV. On the terrace on the pool side there is a table with 6 chairs and 2 lovely sun beds. There is also a terrace at the front of the apartment where there is a set for 4 people + table. These 2 terraces mean you can always find the sun or the shade.
The apartment is 85 m2 and the terraces are 100 m2, so very spacious.
**The terrace at the front of the apartment makes this an ideal winter apartment. ** Here you can enjoy the sun from the wind throughout the winter months.
