This beautiful and stylish villa is located on the exclusive golf resort of Las Colinas in the province of Alicante. The villa has an area of 170m2 surrounded by a beautiful garden with terrace with a spacious private (heated) swimming pool and jacuzzi. On the terrace you can relax in the lounge or sunbeds, as well as enjoy a nice meal. The total fenced private area is over 750m2.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a spacious private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with every luxury. The outdoor swimming pool can be heated for a fee. The villa is located within walking distance of the center of the resort of Las Colinas where you can find restaurants, mini-market and sports facilities. Wow Beach Club and the beach are 6 kilometers away.

We are Lex and Toke, a Dutch family with two young children, and have been the proud owners of this villa on Las Colinas since mid-2023. The climate, the pleasant surroundings and the luxurious and exclusive house make it a wonderful place to stay. Of course we are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
