We, Irene and Harry, are proud to share that our attractive penthouse is for rent. In Delft we run our own restaurant, where hospitality, personal contact and service are central. We want our guests in Spain to experience exactly the same warmth and attention.
Casa Solisia is located in the tranquil Vistabella Golf urbanisation, surrounded by beautiful orange groves.
The apartment is furnished with passion and attention to detail and is fully equipped.
Luxury, tranquility, coziness, homely atmosphere and comfort are the key words for our penthouse that is suitable for 2 to 4 people (5-6 people on request). It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean life.
The penthouse has a spacious living room with a nice open kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and is equipped with 2 great terraces.
The living room is attractively furnished with a comfortable 2-person sofa bed, a cozy dining area and satellite TV with all international channels, including Dutch, Flemish, German, French, Scandinavian and English channels, Netflix, Videoland and all sports channels.
Through the sliding doors you enter the spacious terrace (22 m²) with sitting area and retractable awning, perfectly located for the afternoon and evening sun overlooking the beautiful pool and garden.
The roof terrace (55 m²) is an absolute eye-catcher: furnished with 4 luxury sunbeds, a 6-person dining area, a cozy outdoor kitchen with grill (BBQ) and a pergola for cooling shade. In the evening, the atmospheric lighting ensures that you can reminisce about the sultry Spanish evenings for hours. ✨
It is very stylishly decorated in the Mediterranean and a true oasis of peace and space; really a great place to sunbathe on the luxurious sunbeds or have a drink and/or dinner in theevening while watchingthe sun set.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and on the roof terrace, and all rooms have air conditioning (can also be used as heating in the winter months).
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress and an adjoining bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can also serve as a double bed. Both rooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. There is a safety deposit box. Towels and linen are plentiful.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, airfryer (also for sandwiches!), kettle, juicer, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is everything you need to cook for yourself.
The apartment is only accessible by stairs and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties.
Casa Solisia is part of a small-scale complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and a large communal fenced swimming pool with adjoining children's pool for the little ones. And you can even have a nice bubble.
⛳ Golf enthusiasts can visit the 18-hole course & driving range of Vistabella, just 700 metres away. And for a short practice, there is even a practice green directly in front of the apartment.
🌿 Non-golfers can relax by the pool, grab a terrace nearby or head out to the many charming villages, markets and beaches just a 15 to 20-minute drive away.
Alicante airport is a 35-minute drive away.
