A fantastic NEW Holiday apartment available to celebrate your holidays or play golf, with 320 days of sunshine a year!

The Resort is located in the middle of a villa district in Villamartin between the golf fields and Villa Plaza (within walking distance) where you can only have fun with bars, lounge cafes and delicious restaurants of all cultures!

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lacks nothing, everything has been thought of and the furnishings also have a lovely warm, cozy atmosphere! The apartment has air conditioning in every room, even in the 2 bathrooms!

It has a lovely shared swimming pool and it is an enclosed area where you can also park your car. Rent a scooter in front of the resort by scanning the QR code and you can go to the most beautiful places for a few euros in a very fun way!

The Apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people.

In addition, the Playa la Zenia beach is 8 minutes away from the apartment! If you like shopping, you should go to La Zenia Boulevard, where you will be amazed by all the brands, fun and modern shops!

There are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, including Campo Golf. Known among golfers as one of the better golf courses.

4.5 km away you will find one of the largest shopping centers in the province of Alicante with 150 shops. Vibrant center where you must have been.

The coast is 5 km away from the apartment. You have beautiful beaches and lovely bays.

Villamartin Plaza is 1.2 km away (walking distance). A square with all kinds of nice restaurants. Wonderful for a nice dinner after a day at the beach or culture. Here you can taste the Spanish culture!
