Need a break? Then look no further! Book our apartment in the beautiful Costa Blanca. Located in the tourist town of Orihuela Costa, you will find yourself in a quiet area with all amenities on your doorstep. 

Your luxury holiday starts in our apartment. Enjoy the sun, sea and beach and make beautiful memories with friends and family.

All facilities are available to ensure that you can only enjoy yourself. Do you like to be on the road all day or do you like to lie by the lovely pool all day, everything is allowed and possible.

This apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a cozy living room that seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen. Here you can cook extensively or prepare a quick meal. After that, you just load everything into the dishwasher and voila, you're ready to relax.

Of course there is free WiFi.

Enjoy the lovely spacious terrace, where you can choose to sit on the lovely lounge set or at the table with comfortable chairs,
Have a drink with a view of the pool.

The children can also be kept a close eye on the pool while you relax on the terrace. This is the ultimate feeling of freedom and of doing nothing at all!

The communal pool is perfect for a refreshing swim. You can sunbathe on the sunbathing lawns.
The pool also has a jacuzzi which is heated in both summer and winter. In the outdoor area a beautiful garden has been landscaped, with beautiful plants and of course the beautiful palm trees should not be missed. You will also find a jus de boules court between the buildings, to be sporty.

The complex is centrally located, near golf courses and about 4km from the beach, with the Zenia boulevard shopping centre easily accessible.

Hello everyone

We are Pieter and Tessa from the Netherlands, we have 2 children and 1 grandchild.
In addition to our normal life in the Netherlands, we like to travel and enjoy fun moments as much as possible.

Our apartment is a pleasure to spend our time together. But we also want other people to enjoy this beautiful location and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we always do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by e-mail). This is subject to the following conditions.
  • In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the rent  will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation after 5 days until the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
  • If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rent will be due
  • In case of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.

Additional information

Murcia is a city with history, but with a very modern character. The city is also known for its conviviality and creativity. Between the historic buildings you will find special architectural masterpieces.

The cozy squares with delicious restaurants make Murcia a fun day out. Don't forget the square in front of the town hall, it is full of flowers with beautiful fountains, really worth a few nice photos.

Murcia is about a 45 minute drive away.

About half an hour's drive away you will find Elx / Elche, also known as the palm tree capital of Spain. Park your car in the middle of the city at the entrance of park 1.

After a visit to this first park, you walk through the cozy center to the 2nd park, here you will mainly see beautiful landscaped gardens and lots of cacti and palm trees.

In the pleasant seaside resort of Torrevieja, everything comes together. Miles of beaches, lively boulevard, large park and cultural addresses. Stroll through the narrow streets and discover the many nice and cozy squares where you will discover restaurants where you can end a beautiful day culinarily.

Around the harbour, people feast on fresh fish and dance until late at night. Here you will also discover a small Ibiza-like market with small stalls where you can stroll along.

You can easily park at the harbor in the underground parking garage.

There are several water parks in the area. Some smaller and some larger, but you will undoubtedly have a lot of fun in the water with the children.

Nice mountain restaurants where you can catch your breath after a long walk or bike ride. You will find these huts everywhere, such as this restaurant at Barme.
Relax at this nice restaurant with a beautiful view. You can walk or cycle here, but in season the train also leaves the village to point de sur coux.
Climbing and clambering, for the daredevils there is a nice course where you can do all this.
Cable de Fantastic is a quick way to get from one point over a valley to another. And as you can see in a challenging way, flying.
The well-known goat village is a must during winter sports. You literally ski through the village with all the nice restaurants. In the summer the snow is there but the restaurant is still in full operation. You can go there via the elevators and enjoy all the goats that walk around on the terrace.
