Spacious beach apartment with large terrace, 8 minutes from the sea. Ideal for families and winter visitors. 

The apartment is a stone's throw away from several beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops and with the standout La Zenia boulevard (a large outdoor shopping center). There are also several beautiful golf courses in the area. 

The apartment (east facing) has 2 bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. A lovely kitchen with a view of a cozy living/dining room. The apartment has a lovely spacious balcony with a spacious high lounge set. The balcony has a view of the beautiful communal swimming pool. 

Surroundings:
- Alicante airport is 45 minutes away. 
- Port & beach La Zenia beach, Campoamar and Cabo Roig is 4 km (8 minutes).
- Golf 'Villamartin' and 'Campo de golf' is 800 meters away (2 minutes walk). 
- Center Villamartin, with many restaurants is 1 km (3 minutes walk).
- La Zenia boulevard is 3 km (5 minutes).
- Torrevieja Hospital is 7 km (15 minutes).
- City of Torrevieja is 12 km (15 minutes).

The modern and cozy living room has been restyled very recently. This is equipped with all conveniences, including a television with all possible channels from many countries. The dining table is extendable, so it offers space for 5 to 6 people. Living room is adjacent to the porch with the morning sun.

The view from the roof terrace is really amazing! You look over the garden and the pool far over Torrevieja and the Mediterranean Sea.

On the terrace downstairs there is the morning sun every morning in which it is delicious to have breakfast. Of course there is an awning for sun protection.
The master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, this bedroom has an air conditioner that can both cool and heat.
Our washing machine is located in the outdoor kitchen.

The Costa Blanca are known for the oranges coming from. Around the apartment you will find the orange plantations within walking distance.
