The apartment is located 500 meters from the beach and about 3 kilometers from the bustling center.

The apartment is located in a small-scale complex with 22 apartments,
it is located on the first floor and has a spacious private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be used for cooling in the summer months and can heat the room in the winter. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven. dishwasher, fridge freezer. All useful kitchen utensils are provided.

You can also park for free in front of the complex.

The apartment is centrally located. With a short 500 meter walk you will find yourself on a beautiful spacious sandy beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The lively center of Dénia is about 3 kilometers away. There is a good bus connection to the center nearby.

You can enjoy the tranquility here, but you can also be in the hustle and bustle of the center in no time.

In the vicinity there are various activities possible in the area such as; walking, cycling, motorcycling, sailing, kite surfing, golfing, karting, swimming, diving and snorkeling, beach volleyball.

About Dénia

Dénia is one of the most attractive holiday destinations on the Costa Blanca. You will find not only the beautiful beaches for which the Costa Blanca is famous, but also an interesting historic center, a remarkable cultural heritage, a lively harbor and a spectacular natural environment.
