Our wonderful luxury apartment with balcony on the second floor is located in Orhuela Costa and can be reached by elevator. The apartment is 66 m2 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped with all facilities; refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, TV, WiFi, etc. The complex was built in 2020 and is accessible for the disabled. There is a communal roof terrace on the fourth floor. Downstairs there is a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool.

There is a supermarket and a small shopping center within walking distance. You also have many markets, walking routes and countless sights! La Zenia boulevard can be reached at a distance of 8 minutes, as can the various beaches. Torrivieja, known for its extensive boulevard and various restaurants, can be reached within 15 minutes. In short, something for everyone within reach

After spending a wonderful holiday in Alicante with our two sons, we were sold on this part of Spain! This relaxed culture was exactly what we needed. We found the ultimate place in Orhuela Costa. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Of course, it is possible that you cancel the booking.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
