Welcome to Casa La Vista Blanca!
We are Stephen & Glenda and a few years ago we fell in love with the Costa Blanca. Not only on the sun, but especially on the relaxed Spanish life.
That is why we have decorated Casa La Vista Blanca as a place where we like to come ourselves. Not an impersonal holiday home where you put your suitcase and think: where is the nearest supermarket?
But a house where you enter, put on your slippers and immediately think: we'll stay here for another week.
Our Quad Villa is located in the large but quiet urbanization of Dream Hills.
You have plenty of space to relax here, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, a private garden, pergola, terrace and a lovely solarium.
Coffee in the sun in the morning. During the day to the beach, have a nice lunch or a round of golf. Then maybe go into the pool. And in the evening? A good glass of Spanish wine and above all no rush.
The beaches of Orihuela Costa are close by, as are restaurants, shops and cozy terraces. And if you want to go out, cities such as Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena are easily accessible.
But let's be honest: you don't have to go anywhere.
Sometimes the best holiday plan is simply: coffee → sun → pool → wine → repeat.
We hope that Casa La Vista Blanca feels the same for you as it does for us: a place where you step out of the daily hustle and bustle, enjoy each other and above all have very few reasons to look at the clock.

A house to enjoy
Casa La Vista Blanca is decorated with care. Not to impress, but to make sure your stay feels comfortable from the moment you step inside.
The property can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (El Pequeno & La Familia). As a result, there is not only room to be together, but also sufficient privacy when you travel with several people.
We have had 2 new boilers installed that work separately from each other. Total 180 liters of hot water per day.
The living room is the heart of the house. A place for a quiet breakfast, a game at the end of the day or simply a moment on the couch when the sun outside is just a little too tempting.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook at home whenever you feel like it. But with so many good restaurants in the area, we also fully understand if you mainly use the kitchen for coffee, breakfast and opening a bottle of wine.
Outside, the holiday feeling begins
Around the house you will find several places to enjoy the outdoors.
The pergola is Stephen's favourite spot. A nice shady spot for long lunches and lazy afternoons. The terrace is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a drink at the end of the day.
And then there is the solarium.
One of our favorite places of the house, especially in winter.
Here you will find plenty of space to read a book, sunbathe or just do nothing. With a bit of luck, you will find out that 'just lying down for an hour' surprisingly easily turns into a whole afternoon.
On the urbanization you can of course use the swimming pool. Ideal for a refreshing dip, a relaxing afternoon or for the children while you finally finish that book.
The Costa Blanca on your doorstep
Casa La Vista Blanca is located in Orihuela Costa, an area known for its beautiful beaches, pleasant climate and huge choice of restaurants, shops and activities.
From small hidden coves to wide sandy beaches: there is a different place to look for the sea every day.
Golfers will also get their money's worth here. Several renowned golf courses are within a short distance of the villa.
And if you want to look further, you can easily take a day trip to Alicante, Murcia or Cartagena, for example.
But you might discover during your stay that you don't need that many plans at all.
Our way of celebrating holidays
We believe that a good holiday is not about seeing and doing as much as possible.
It's all about time.
Time for each other. Time for a good breakfast. Time for a long lunch. Time to walk to the pool one more time. Time for a glass of wine while the day slowly cools down.
That's why we've decorated Casa La Vista Blanca in such a way that you can actually take that time.
No rush. No strings attached. Just enjoy a few days, a few weeks or maybe a little longer.
And of course we have put together a personal welcome guide for our guests with our favorite restaurants, beaches, markets, shops and places that you should not miss.
Because some things you just won't find in a standard travel guide.
