A fantastic NEW Holiday apartment available to celebrate your holiday or to play golf, with 320 days of sunshine a year!
The Resort is located in the middle of a villa district in villamartin between the golf courses and villa plaza (within walking distance) where you only have fun with pubs, lounge cafes and delicious restaurants of all cultures!
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lacks nothing, everything has been thought of and the décor also feels like a lovely warm cozy atmosphere! (the sofa bed in the photo is still being adapted to a more luxurious version) and of course equipped with air conditioning in every room, even the 2 bathrooms!
It has a lovely communal swimming pool and it is an enclosed area where you can also park your car (own private parking space). Rent a scooter in front of the resort by scanning a QR code and you can go to the most beautiful places in a very nice way for a few euros!
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
In addition, the beach playa la zenia is 5 minutes away from the apartment! If you like shopping, you have to be at la zenia boulevard where you will be amazed by all the brands, cosiness and modern shops!
All Television channels for Dutch, Belgium, Germany and many more, in addition to all Streaming services such as Netflix, Disney XD, Prime Video, Amazon Prime.
We can go on for hours about how many fun things there are to do in the area and how fantastic the house is, but you will have to experience it for yourself and you won't want to leave!
