The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sunny garden that faces south. The entire house is equipped with shutters and mosquito nets, so that you have as little trouble as possible with mosquitoes, flies or other pests. In each room there is an air conditioner that can both heat and cool. The apartment is also equipped with super fast 1000mb fiber optic internet with Wifi so that you can use the internet or stream without any problems. Directly next to the house you will find a number of parking spaces where you can park your car. You can also park the car in front of the door if there is no parking space. You will also find the shared swimming pool right next to the house where you can take a dip in the hot days! 

Bedrooms
The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms both have a double bed. The Master bedroom has a bed of 150x190cm with a luxurious memory foam topper. The 2nd bedroom has a bed of 135x190cm. Both bedrooms have shutters, mosquito nets, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (both heating and cooling).

Bathroom
The bathroom has a toilet, luxury sink with drawers, mirror with lighting, hair dryer and a very spacious walk-in shower with rain shower. We also offer free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner!

Living room
The living room has a 4-person dining table and a wonderfully spacious corner sofa where you can relax if you want to watch TV for an evening. The 42-inch Smart TV is equipped with a Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite programs to the TV yourself.

Kitchen
The spacious corner kitchen is fully equipped, including: crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, cooking and frying pans and towels and tea towels. The kitchen is also fully equipped, such as: a L'OR Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, separate oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, ceramic 3-burner hob and a fridge / freezer.

Scullery
In the utility room you will find 2 lovely luxury sunbeds with which you can sunbathe in the front garden. Would you like to spend a day at the beach? That has also been thought of!
