Inside, you will find a bright and modern living space, fully equipped, including an alarm system for extra peace of mind.
The open kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob and oven, plus all associated accessories.
The apartment features:

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180x200) with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200) that can also be made up as a double bed. For extra guests there is a sofa bed available, suitable for two extra people (on request).All rooms are air-conditioned.
Enjoy the outdoors: from the living room you step directly onto the spacious terrace of 25 m². With a luxurious lounge set, and dining table. The location on the first floor provides extra privacy.
The gated complex also offers a safe and child-friendly stay with a playground and petanque court (jeux de boules)
You can use a beautiful communal swimming pool, a gym with sauna and jacuzzi (available from November/December 2025).

- The apartment is only 2.8 km from the beach
- Shopping & Restaurants: The supermarket is only 100 meters away
- Further on and the large shopping centre Zenia Boulevard is 3km away
- Activities: Golf enthusiasts, padel players, will find several courses in the immediate vicinity.
- Transport: From Alicante and Murcia airports it is only a 45-minute drive
- Cleaning: €110 per stay.
- Deposit: €350 (will be refunded quickly).

- Electricity: A consumption of up to 80 kWh per week is included. Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit (€0.40 per kWh).
