The penthouse has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. In the master bedroom there is a double bed of 180 x 210 and in the other bedroom there are two single beds of 90 x 210. The beds are very comfortable with toppers and equipped with icesense. There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which has a rain shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The spacious living room has a beautiful décor including a sofa bed and there is a smart TV with all international channels. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine. Through the sliding doors you enter the terrace of 15 M2 from the living room and via a staircase you reach the roof terrace of 56 M2 with a view over the park and the communal swimming pool with separate area as a children's pool. The roof terrace is furnished with a dining table with 6 chairs and an outdoor shower. From the building you can walk to the large swimming pool. The holiday apartment also has air conditioning to cool or heat the rooms. The house also includes a private parking space on the grounds of the residence which is fully fenced. It is a great stay for both winter and summer.

A few minutes' drive away, there are several beaches, golf courses and also the large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard.
