This very LUXURIOUS apartment with the communal swimming pool with children's pool in front of the door is located near golf courses and a beautiful beach.
The apartment is located on the Villa Martin urbanization in the town of Orihuela Costa. Nearby you will find the Villa Martin Plaza. The nightlife takes place here. The numerous restaurants, bars and snack bars offer you a wide choice of food from various countries. You will find German, Chinese, Taiwanese, English, Indian and Swedish cuisine here. There is a sports bar, a karaoke bar, pool and bowling. In the summer months there is live music. You will also find a supermarket, banks, pharmacy and souvenir shops. From Villamartin you can easily reach the motorway to make a trip to Murcia, Orihuela, Carthagena, Elche or Alicante. If you want to go to Torrevieja, the N332 is close by and takes you to Torrevieja, La Mata, Guardamar de Segura, La Marina or Santa Pola.In the immediate vicinity is an aqua park and a riding school and of course do not forget the Golf courses.
