Here the sun shines more than 300 days a year. No high-rise buildings in the area, so maximum sunshine. Even in winter you can sunbathe on the fully furnished roof terrace.


Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism, this penthouse offers the perfect balance between tranquility and liveliness in the vicinity.


Sleeps up to 4 people. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine. There is air conditioning in every room for cooling and heating (can be set per room). 

Relax on the covered balcony in the morning sun or enjoy the sun all day on the spacious private roof terrace, which also has WiFi. Take a dip in the communal pool of the small-scale urbanisation or explore the nearby beaches, golf courses and shopping centres.

The beaches of Orihuela Costa are 10 minutes away by car.

There are several bars within a 10-minute walk, as well as a small supermarket.

The popular large shopping centre Zenia Boulevard is 6km away.

It is 20 minutes from Torrevieja, with the pleasant boulevard and the many restaurants.

A car is recommended.

We bought this new-build apartment in 2023. We especially fell for the beautiful view and the pleasant Spanish climate. For us, this is not only a place to enjoy with our family, but also an opportunity to let others taste its charm. We love the various beautiful beaches in the area, the local cuisine and the hospitality.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rental price remains due; in case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the start date 60% and from 3 weeks until the start date of the rental period 100%.

Rent includes 80 kWh of electricity per week. 

The main booker must be at least 25 years old.

Check-in after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00
