Rent Includes:- Wireless internet (WIFI)
- Gas, Water & Electricity (based on consumption of 15 kWh per day)
- Television (including Dutch)
- Private parking
- Air conditioning and heating
- Kitchen appliances
- Use pool
- Barbecue
Rent is Exclusive:
- Deposit of 200 euros to be paid to the owner when booking, after checking key manager it will be refunded within 14 days. Provided that items are damaged and/or missing, a settlement will follow.
- Settlement price of electricity consumption above 15 kWh per day is €0.50 cents.
Handling and payment terms :

These conditions are retrievable and also visible at the time of booking.
You will receive an email from the owner within 7 days.
You must send the registration form to the owner by e-mail.
Within 7 days after the day of drawing, you must pay 25% of the total rent.
At least 45 days before arrival you owe the remaining 75%.
Arrival / departure house:.Admission is from 14.30 hours, on arrival between 22.00 hours and 24.00 hours there is a surcharge of €35.00 to pay to the key manager.
Departure no later than 11.00 am, if departure between 12.00 pm and 7.00 am there will be a surcharge of €50.00 to pay to the key manager.
Cancellation:In case of cancellation within 14 days of the date of the agreement, you will owe 50 euros in administration costs.
In case of cancellation 15 days after the date of the agreement, the cancellation costs are 25% of the total rent.
In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rent.
If cancelled 30 days before arrival date, you owe the total rent !
You must take out your own travel/cancellation insurance.
If you stay 4 weeks or longer in the months of November to March, the price will be cheaper. Try this by clicking on different dates.
