The house is located in a quiet street and has several excellent conditions.
It is a luxury semi-detached corner house with garden/terrace. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, while the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Behind the house is a spacious communal swimming pool. It is also only a 30-second walk to a large catering center with many restaurants, terraces and bars. The distance to several beaches is 4 km and the same applies to a gigantic shopping center ; Zenia Boulevard. A short distance away are 3 beautiful golf courses and finally the location is centrally located between the beautiful large cities of Murcia, Alicante, Elche and Cartagena, all about 45 minutes by car. The distance to the airport is more than 50 kilometers, which means it can be reached in about 45 minutes. Do not expect to arrive in a touristic holiday resort, but in a lovely home, which is fully equipped and where everything is located a short distance away.

Our family consists of 4 people; René & Judith, Björn and Sven.
We bought the house about 12 years ago because of its excellent location with a perfect climate almost all year round. We go there 2-5 times a year. We actually did not intend to rent out the house, but we still think it is a shame that it is not used for the rest of the year. You can always call for additional information.
