All communication runs smoothly and quickly. Villa is 12 years old and could use a refresh here and there otherwise was price quality 8

Nice house, good beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful holiday.

We had a great time with our family. Everything was present in the house. We could have breakfast outside and the children could play safely in the garden. Very attentive attentive concerned landlord. The key holders have received and helped us in a friendly and good way. Great pool and plenty nearby to do. In short, casa doppen is a nice holiday home and we hope to be able to go here again in the future.

Lovely house with fine amenities (including air conditioning and washing machine everywhere) located in a quiet street and a short walk from Aldi and fine Mercadona supermarket and restaurants, Farmacia etc. Tips for in and around the house (to make it even more pleasant) I have privately passed on to owner René and the contact with this owner was good, clearly nice and fast. We had a lot of fun with our rented car, e.g. to visit various beaches and other restaurants or to make trips.

I gave a 7 for the cleaning and this only concerns the mattress and pillow protectors on the beds that were dirty and yellow. (Just wash and change these after each tenant!!) I passed this tip on to the manager on site, with whom we also had a very nice contact.

Butrrrrrr we will definitely be back !!

Tip: provide the beautiful high cabinets with shelves. Make sure that Wi-Fi is working, that the hinges and locks are in order...
