Apartment for up to 4 people, located 45 km south of Alicante airport and 1.4 km from the sandy beach playa Flamenca, 20 minutes walk.
Within a radius of 500 meters there are several supermarkets, bars and eateries and plenty of things to do, such as karting, padel, mini golf and rental of electronic scooters. You can be picked up at the airport for a fee. Let us know.
Free 1 parking space on the property behind the central gate.
The apartment
The accommodation is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs and elevator. You have a private entrance.
There is a bedroom with a large double bed and direct access to a suite bathroom with a bathtub in which you can shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and also an en suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and large freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, 4 burner ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and nespresso coffee machine.
There is a washing machine in the front room. The balcony is south facing and is equipped with furniture. The air conditioning can be controlled via a device in the living room for the living room and the two bedrooms.
As a tenant you have access to the swimming pool (2) with sunbathing area of natural grass and plenty of shade because of the beautiful palm trees. Beach chairs, sunbeds and umbrella are available in the apartment. The nearest beach is Playa Cala Estaca. 175 m sandy beach with a beach bar, 22 min walk. Or by car 4 min.
Baby bed and high chair can be rented for a fee.
