Waking up in a quiet environment. You open the shutters and look out over the Orba valley. The olive, orange, avocado and almond trees provide an un-Spanish green view. In the distance you can hear a local olive farmer busy with his harvest. You take a dip in your own private pool. After a refreshing shower on your terrace, in complete privacy, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine with a cappuccino (milk frother available 😉). In the meantime, you think about what the day will bring. Just walk to the cozy village of Orba (5 min.) for breakfast or a visit to the supermarket? Want to go for a great walk in the area? Surroundings & activities 🏖️ 🚴 ♂️🚶 ♂️
The house is located in such a way that you don't really hear the main roads. So you really enjoy the peace and quiet here. You can also walk to the largest supermarket in the valley (500 meters). Another 200 meters further and you are on Plaza de España, the central square of Orba. There are several restaurants and bars here. But you will also find 2 bakeries and a butcher in Orba. On Wednesdays there is a market with all kinds of food and local products.

Layout of the house🔝 ⬇️ 🏞️
The entrance is on the top floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 and an extra bathroom. On this floor is also the living room and access to the balcony with majestic views over the valley.
An internal staircase leads to the lower floor with a spacious dining room for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen. The third bathroom and bedrooms 4 and 5 are also here. There is access to the large garden with swimming pool of 10x5m. Under the canopy outside is an extensive dining table and here is the outdoor WC and shower.
The house is also surrounded by gardens with tropical plants, such as olive trees, orange and lemon trees. At the back is a nice shaded terrace, next to the Bird of Paradise plant. On the street side is a lockable private parking space.

Changeover day: preferably Saturday
In the high season there is a preference for a change on Saturday. But you can always inquire, then we will probably work it out.
