Our casa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at 10 minutes walking distance from the center and the supermarket. There are regular festivals in the village, especially in the summer. In Orba you also have peace and quiet, if you prefer something livelier, you have to go to 20 min. Drive to Denia, a coastal town with many restaurants and water attractions.
The house has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms each with its shower and sanitary ware, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV and 2 large sofas and dining area that has a beautiful view over the valley.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine and a 2nd refrigerator to cool all drinks.
Outside there are several terraces with a view of the valley where it is wonderful to stay. We also have an outdoor kitchen with an authentic wood oven. A built-in barbecue is also available for you.
The pool is fully south facing, a whole day of sun guaranteed! The garden is completely enclosed and you can enjoy oranges, lemons, and all kinds of herbs and flowers.
