In the summer of 2022  we bought this house and completely renovated it into the hugely cozy and luxurious house it is today. All our guests so far want to come back and are super excited. Children and dogs are more than welcome. "A home away from home"

We love visual attractiveness and in addition, the house is really fully equipped, saltwater swimming pool, filtered water, solar panels, beautiful garden, air conditioning, heating, great views, beautiful nature on all sides for walking and cycling (it is road bike Valhalla here)

10 minutes walk to the village with all amenities and restaurants. 20 minutes to Denia beach. Half an hour to Javea, 10 minutes to Jalon with the nice market on Saturday. More than 1 hour to both Valencia and Alicante airport. Beautiful surroundings to tour in, but just relaxing in and around the house is also wonderful. In addition, it is also suitable for remote working with fiber optic internet and a separate office. In the urbanization Palmeria it is very quiet, you will sleep fantastically here!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.

This downstairs bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a view of the front terrace with stucco sofa and beautiful views. Wonderful to wake up with this view!
This bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, which can be put together if desired. In this room there is also plenty of space for a cot that can be ordered.
This bedroom on the ground floor offers a view of the garden and has an authentic closet and the possibility of a cot with bed linen.

The large garden around the house has many different seating areas in the sun and shade. Flowers, plants, palms and citrus trees make it a beautiful whole.
From the carport you can also go downstairs and you can reach the outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. You can actually walk around the whole house through the garden.
Villa Salvia is a wonderful place to spend your holiday with everything nearby, sun, sea, beach and charming villages, including the nearby Moraira. From the terrace you have a view of the valley that connects Benissa and Moraira.
