Layout
The villa is located in a quiet street near Benimeit and can be reached via a small staircase. On both sides of this is a carport under the shade of palm trees. The entire villa is air-conditioned and consists of two separate floors, each with its own entrance.
The top part
Spacious hall, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each with duvets. There is a lot of closet space.
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with one of the bedrooms. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cabin. The other bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower.
In the living room, the view is spectacular through the three semicircular panorama windows with double glazing. Here is a fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite connection including Dutch channels.
The kitchen is of course equipped with all necessary equipment including a Senseo coffee machine.
From the living room you enter the conservatory (called naya in Spain). From there you have access to the terrace and pool. Here is also an outdoor shower. Sunbeds, hammock, umbrella etc. are all provided.
The lower section
Accessible via a separate outside staircase with its own entrance. Here is a hall, two more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. Again a spacious sitting room with the same magnificent sea view, flat screen TV with satellite connection (canal digital), DVD player, WIFI and a fireplace.
Fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen gives access to a separate terrace from where you can have breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea. There is also an outdoor kitchen on a 2nd large terrace with bricked BBQ (with extractor hood). From this terrace you can use a large staircase directly to the upstairs apartment where the pool is located.
Garden
A stone staircase takes you to the garden, where the mimosa and bougainvillea bloom in abundance. You will also find a special "cuddle corner" here. This covered corner with U-shaped lounge sofa gives you the opportunity to relax in the shade with a sea view. Or enjoy the starry sky in the evening.
Moraira
This is a lively harbor town under a castle and a watchtower that used to protect against pirates. With an impressive marina, sheltered between the rocks of Cap Blanc and Punta de Moraira. The Spanish atmosphere can be tasted here. At the fish auction you get your own fresh fish in the morning.
