Classification
The villa is located in a quiet street in the Benimeit neighborhood and is accessible via a small staircase. On either side of this there is a carport under the shade of palm trees. The entire villa is air-conditioned and consists of two separate floors, each with its own entrance.
The upper part
Spacious hall, 3 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 beds with duvets. There is plenty of closet space.
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite with one of the bedrooms. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle. The other bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower.
In the living room, the view is spectacular through the three semi-circular panoramic windows with double glazing. Here is a fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite connection including Dutch channels.
The kitchen is of course equipped with all necessary appliances including a Senseo coffee machine.
From the living room you enter the conservatory (called naya in Spain). From there you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. There is also an outdoor shower here. Sunbeds, hammock, parasol, etc. are all available.
The lower part
Accessible via a separate external staircase with its own entrance. Here is a hall, two more very spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. Again a spacious living room with the same magnificent sea view, flat screen TV with satellite connection (canal digital), DVD player, WIFI and a fireplace.
Fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen has access to a separate terrace from where you can have breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea. There is also an outdoor kitchen with bricked-in bbq (with extractor hood) on a 2nd large terrace. From this terrace you can go directly to the upstairs apartment where the swimming pool is located.
Garden
A stone staircase takes you to the garden, where the mimosa and bougainvillea bloom luxuriantly. You will also find a special "cuddle corner" here. This covered corner with U-shaped lounge sofa gives you an opportunity to relax quietly in the shade with a view of the sea. Or enjoy the starry sky intimately in the evening.
Moraira
This is a lively harbour town under a castle and a watchtower that used to serve as protection against pirates. With an imposing marina, sheltered between the rocks of Cap Blanc and Punta de Moraira. The Spanish atmosphere can be tasted here. At the fish auction you can get your own fresh fish in the morning.
