LAYOUT VILLA LA SIESTA
Two complete floors. The fully fenced grounds of villa La Siësta with private pool are closed by a gate. From this entrance you enter the grounds of this beautiful villa. A beautiful lounge area has been set up and a few steps take you to the terrace of the house above. This terrace has a dining area and a magnificent view with the sea in the distance. The open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and fridge with separate freezer. The living room is very comfortable and fresh and modern with a sitting area, fireplace, television with Dutch channels (NLZiet), a dining area and ceiling fan. Through the patio doors you enter the nice terrace. Bedroom 1: two single beds. Bedroom 2: a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are mosquito nets and shutters in front of the windows in the bedrooms.
Back through the terrace and a staircase down you enter the grounds of the swimming pool and the outdoor bar and here is also the entrance to the fully furnished ground floor apartment. The living room is also nicely decorated: television with Dutch channels (NLZiet) and an open passage to the sitting area and open kitchen with all necessary facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker and oven. Bedroom 3: two single beds. Bedroom 4: a double bed. The second bathroom has been completely renovated and equipped with shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Through the back door in the downstairs bedroom you directly reach the covered lounge area with dining table and garden with hammock. From the living room/dining area you enter the outdoor area with covered dining area through the patio doors.
The two floors are not connected to each other from the inside. Both have their own entrance.
In a separate room there is a washing machine that you can use.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA LA SIESTA
A wonderful place to escape all the hustle and bustle of home with family or friends. The garden is spacious yet cozy. Right in front of the door is the private swimming pool. Around the pool are modern sunbeds, a parasol, and side tables. The outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue guarantees long and sultry summer evenings. The garden is also neatly landscaped with trees, plants and there is an automatic misting system against mosquitoes. Behind the house a completely renovated space to relax. There is an enclosed outdoor shower. Next to the villa you can park your car in the cul-de-sac. Villa La Siësta is a unique holiday home for the whole family or for larger groups.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Details
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We have a minimum stay of 7 days.

– Surcharge on arrival between 21.00 - 00.00 € 50,- , after 00.00 € 100 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Surcharge arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: € 50 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental from November to March is not possible in this house.
