The open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso), oven and fridge with separate freezer. The living room is comfortably furnished with sitting area, fireplace and smart television with Netflix and streaming possibility with TV Cromecast (via WIFI). The house is also very suitable for winter rental, there is central heating. In the naya overlooking the garden there is a dining area for 6 people. There is also a separate room with washing machine and dryer combination. There are mosquito nets in the living room. Bedroom 1: a double bed (150 x 200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2: a double bed (150 x200cm). Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200cm). Bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Shutters are available in bedroom 2 and 3.

A wonderful place to escape all the hustle and bustle of home with family or friends. The spacious garden has many places to put your sunbed, in the sun or shade, where you can hide in a good book or just let some thoughts go. You can take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 8 x 4 m, 2 m deep) that is located in the middle of the garden. There is a barbecue that cannot be missed during the long and sultry summer evenings. There is an outdoor shower and toilet. The private parking space offers space for 2 cars, there is a garage that can also be used.

Villa La Perla is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas).
