La Joya consists of two houses, one house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second house has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both homes have a modern luxury kitchen with all conceivable facilities. The total living area is over 600m2. It stands on a plot of over 1800m2.
On the first floor of the large house you will find a spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The ideal place with a fantastic view that you will enjoy for a long time in the evening. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and sunbeds to relax. There is also a sauna and a large whirlpool. INCLUDES LUXURY SPEED BOAT When you book a week or longer, you will have a luxury speed boat of over 7 meters and a power of 250 hp at your disposal for half a day on the water.
