We are proud to present this beautiful and unique villa in Moraira, Villa Cielo, where luxury and comfort come together in perfect harmony. This home has been designed to accommodate up to 18 guests, complete with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for large groups or families looking for an unforgettable vacation.
Villa Cielo consists of two houses. The main house is distributed over three levels, as follows.
Middle level: an open plan living and dining area with TV and comfortable 6-seater sofa. From here you have direct access to the outdoor swimming pool and terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The bedroom on this level has a double bed and a private balcony with breathtaking views. The separate bathroom has a bath.
Upper level: a spacious double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and a private balcony. Two more bedrooms, each with two single beds, shared balcony and a bathroom further down the hallway.
Below level: the place to relax and enjoy. There is an open-plan living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxing. There is a sauna, gym, snooker table and indoor pool (can be heated on request, see conditions below). This level also has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 1 shared bathroom.
The second house is independent, next to the main house, and has two levels. It is distributed as follows.
Upper level: an open plan living room with two sofas and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with bar. One bedroom with a double bed and beautiful views, and a separate bathroom.
Lower Level: Two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy for all guests.
The outdoor area is a true oasis, designed to enhance your enjoyment and relaxation. There is an 8x4 outdoor infinity pool and lounge area with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The covered dining area and complete outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, gas barbecue, guarantee unforgettable culinary experiences. Take part in a friendly competition with a game of table tennis, which guarantees endless fun for everyone.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The main house also benefits from gas central heating. Private parking is available for two cars, while free parking is available in a convenient street location. And of course there is free fiber optic internet in both houses.

Heated indoor pool:
The indoor pool can be heated on request. The costs are € 25 per day and start on the day we turn on the pump.
Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this house.
2: To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 18 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
- Check-out: until 10:00.
