The price stated in the calendar applies to the central floor of the house, which consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms with air conditioning (rooms 1, 2 and 3 with a total of five sleeping places), including energy costs.
Option to book 1-2 bedroom(s) Optionally, the top floor bedroom (room 4 with two sleeping places) and/or the downstairs bedroom (room 5 with three sleeping places) can be booked additionally for the same period.
Costs per extra bedroom are €35 per day. Both bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom have their own entrance from the outside of the house. Moreover, the privacy of the guests is assured because the house is fenced and no other people can enter the grounds of Villa Ayala.
Good to know
The extra bedrooms can only be rented in combination with the central floor. Villa Ayala is therefore exclusively for you during your stay.
Additional costs are:
- bed linen at € 12.50 per person;
- a final cleaning of € 200;
- an interim cleaning of € 125 (including change of bed linen) for a stay of longer than 10 nights.
Furthermore, a deposit of €500 applies, which will in principle be refunded after the stay.
General terms and conditions Villa Ayala - final booking after your agreement From the moment of your reservation request until the moment of our acceptance, we do not receive direct contact details from each other from Micazu.
After we accept your reservation request, we will receive your contact details. We will then send you further information and the general terms and conditions of Villa Ayala. We would like to receive your agreement with the conditions within two days, after which the booking will become final. If we do not receive this approval, the booking will be cancelled.
