Nice holiday home close to the beach and the center of Moraira, good choice for both small and large groups
We hereby offer you the opportunity to rent our nice house in Moraira. Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday close to the coast all year round. Moraira has many beautiful houses but in our search we found it especially important to find a house that would not be 'in the middle of nowhere' but near the village and beach. Moraira is a nice place with cozy restaurants, shops and terraces. Our house is located at max. 25 minutes walk (and 5 minutes drive) from the beach l'Ampolla and the center. If you are looking for it a little closer, there is a nice restaurant a few minutes' walk away where you can relax every day. You can also tee off at the Club de Golf Ifach golf course, which is a fifteen-minute walk away.
Intimate house with possibility for more guests
The house consists of three floors and can be rented in whole or in part . Even with partial rental, the house is exclusively for your use.
Central floor (for five people) The central floor with living room/kitchen/three bedrooms for five people/bathroom/outdoor terrace (similar to the bungalow layout) is always part of the rental. The basic price of the calendar applies to this.
Need more space? Possibility to book 1 or 2 bedrooms (total for five people) extra
If you are with more people, you can book one or two rooms on the upper and lower floors in addition to the central floor (both rooms with bathroom and private entrance through the outside of the house).
In short, the base of the house offers space for five people. In addition, more people can stay because of the extra room(s). The house therefore feels intimate despite the possibilities for accommodation for a larger group.
Important to mention: our house is also ideal for the stay of a couple or small family. If you book the central floor, the house feels very intimate despite the space outside.
And if you want friends or family to come, you can book the extra room(s) for the period of their stay. In view of this layout, the house is more suitable for a smaller group in the winter period. In the summer, this layout is fine for a larger group because you live outside more and there are plenty of seats.
Privacy guaranteed
The house is completely fenced and even if you only rent the central floor, the house is only for you during your stay. The extra rooms are not rented to other guests.
