Stylishly renovated villa

Casa Colina has been stylishly renovated while retaining the Spanish features. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with privacy and views of the valley. On the spacious terrace with heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen including BBQ and lounge you can enjoy sun or shade surrounded by the beautiful garden (attractively lit in the evening). The house has air conditioning throughout, three bedrooms, beds of NL's size and private bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and smart TV complete the stay. 

In the recent renovation, Spanish elements such as the arches and cupboard doors have been retained. Furthermore, we have renewed almost everything; floors, electricity, pipes, water softener, bathrooms, kitchen, window frames with double glazing, newly constructed terrace, new heated saltwater swimming pool, new furniture, new crockery and of course good wifi inside and outside. Furthermore, there is air conditioning and central heating in every room; The former is of course crucial in the summer and the latter very nice during the cozy winter months. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters.

You enter the kitchen with a spacious dining table with six comfortable chairs. The fully equipped and compact kitchen with Bosch appliances has an induction hob with built-in extractor, oven-grill combination, a dishwasher and of course a fridge and freezer. Cooking is very pleasant in this kitchen because of the bar stools that are located near the island. Coffees can be made with the filter machine or the Nespresso machine, including milk frother for the cappuccinos. Fresh orange juice in the morning is also no problem, as a citrus juicer is available. With a bit of luck, you can pick the oranges from your own garden. Guacamole with a drink can be made with a hand blender. Furthermore, all conceivable kitchen attributes such as a cheese slicer, kettle, corkscrew and knife set are present. Just like the most common ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. And the view of the valley is best viewed from the window seat or terrace.

From the kitchen you go towards the terrace through the TV room with smart TV with Chromecast. Here, all programs can be viewed via well-known applications (such as Netflix and HBO Max), and also Dutch programs with the application NL Ziet; So favorite shows don't have to be missed.

In addition, the first bedroom is, like all other bedrooms, equipped with two 1-person beds of 90×200 with good, thick mattresses, lovely pillows (one hard and one softer), luxurious duvets (Zara Home) and air conditioning (so that the duvet can also be 😊 used). You will also find a built-in wardrobe with both hanging and lying space. The bathroom is next to the bedroom, equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There is also a long mirror between bedroom and bathroom so that the entire outfit can be checked.

Via the open staircase (child gate available) in the kitchen you go to the full ground floor where a bright hallway connects the two bedrooms. In the hallway is a window that - like both bedrooms - offers a view of the garden at the rear with, among other things, a lemon tree.

On one side is bedroom Poolside, which has a bathroom en suite with walk-in shower and separate toilet. On the other side of the hallway is Hillside bedroom with built-in wardrobe and safe, and a separate, large bathroom. This bathroom also houses the washing machine and dryer.

Back to the ground floor.
From the TV room you walk onto the spacious terrace with the lovely heated saltwater swimming pool of 8 by 4, which is therefore well suited for swimming laps. The depth of the pool varies from 1.20 to 1.60, in short, ideal for a ball game.
The large terrace next to the heated swimming pool has 6 sunbeds and fixed thatched ("Ibiza") umbrellas. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with Weber gas BBQ, refrigerator and spacious dining table. And of course a lounge set under a pergola.

In the newly landscaped garden with irrigation system there are various plants, palm trees and fruit trees, such as a lemon tree, fig tree and orange tree. There is also enough space to play badminton, for example. Or to play a game of table tennis because there is also a ping-pong table.

The car can be parked in the carport, behind the electric and remote-controlled gate. Are there guests? The video intercom shows who is ringing the bell.

And even on the sultry evenings you can sit in the beautifully lit garden. In short, it is wonderful to enjoy here!
