The Renter may cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation by the Lessee, the deposit will remain in the possession of the Booking Agent. If the cancellation is made within the period of 60 days preceding the rental period, the Renter will owe the full rental amount to the Lessor.
In the event of force majeure, which affects both the accommodation manager and the tenant, including states of alarm, exceptions and locations, pandemics (such as Covid-19), and also all cases that make it impossible for the accommodation manager to make the object of this contract available to the tenant, for his stay during the agreed time, the following procedure will be taken:
- The booking agent will keep the entire reservation paid for by the customer, of which 10% will be allocated to the management costs of this contract.- The booking agent will return the rest of the rental price, 90%, to the customer, which the customer will receive by bank transfer or deconcentration on the bank card.- The customer may choose to obtain a Voucher for the entire rental price, of which the duration is ONE YEAR, from the starting date of the period of stay indicated in this contract, after which the Voucher will no longer have any validity.- Within the aforementioned period of one year, the Customer may choose the accommodation and the period of stay from those available in the chosen period.- The Customer must pay any difference between the amount indicated on the Voucher and the price of the chosen reservation, communicated to him by the accommodation manager.- The booking agent will not refund the booking fee, even if the customer has not used the Voucher.
