Penthouse-Moraira ATICO H in the center of Moraira on the Costa Blanca, is a well-equipped penthouse apartment on the fourth floor, for 4 people. There is an elevator.

Everything in the village is just a stone's throw away. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach and marina, and a 2-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, bakery, restaurants, outdoor cafes, shops, and bars.

A reduced rate applies for a stay of at least 4 weeks.

From the living room you step onto the huge terrace (80m2 facing south), with a view of the village, the sea and the mountains. A place where you will spend the vast majority of the hours you are at home. To relax in the sun, have breakfast or drinks, have a nice barbecue, and so on.

If you want, you can have sun on the terrace all day long, but for too much sun, there are the electrically operated awnings.

It is equipped with lounge furniture, sunbeds, and the outdoor kitchen has a dining area. The outdoor kitchen has a grill, a fridge and a sink.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Moraira, originally a fishing village, has become a mundane village which has kept its characteristic face. You will find no high buildings (on 2 flats after). There is a nice sandy beach and there are many natural bays with rocky beaches. On the sandy beach is a nice pavilion where you can have food and drinks. In the bays, you can snorkel and dive. The village has everything it needs a spa, including a marina, sailing school, professional diving center, supermarkets, restaurants in all price ranges, cafes, and many terraces. The beaches of Moraira were all awarded the blue flag of the EU. The climate is considered by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest climates in the world.

Ifach Golf Club (9 hole) is situated at a distance of 5 km, and within a radius of 40 km you will find at least six internationally renowned golf courses.

Benissa (10 km) is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca. There occurs the Spanish everyday life. The village square is situated in the historic village with nice shops and restaurants, and a beautiful parish church. Every Saturday there is a Spanish market.

Calpe (10 km) is larger and has two sandy beaches (Levante Promenade), a promenade and a wide shopping street. Also there are many restaurants. On the rock - Peñon d'Ifach, you can walk.

Just outside Moraira on the coast road, begins a beautiful and well-kept walkway along the coast, over 5 km all leads to Calpe. The coastal road, moreover, offers panoramic views.

Javea (15 km) is a pretty seaside town with some nice beaches. The large sandy beach, Arenal, located right in the center and has a lively promenade with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes.

And within 20 minutes drive from the mountainous hinterland with its beautiful nature, almond plantations, wine tasting and picturesque villages in typical Spanish style and culture. Again, you can make beautiful walks. In addition, you will find great markets and charming village streets with bodegas, authentic restaurants and bars.

It is a 40 minute drive to Benidorm (40 km), with the theme parks Terra Natura and Terramitica, the water park Aqualandia and Aqua Natura, and the animal park Mundomar. You will also find sandy beaches, a very lively shopping and old town with authentic Tapas restaurants. Outside the summer months it is pleasantly busy.

A half hour from Benidorm, inland, lies the medieval mountain village of El Castell de Guadalest. Guadalest has a rich history and a number of impressive sights.
