At the end of 2023, the house was completely renovated by an interior designer. She created a unique warm home all ready to give you a relaxing holiday. The micro-cement floors run throughout the house and give it a tough, yet warm atmosphere. The owners, Ibiza lovers, have left their mark with bohemian details, beautiful cushions and Ibiza style accents can be found everywhere. With 160 m2 + 70m2 of terrace of beautiful bright spaces spread over two floors, including an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room, Naya, three bedrooms and two shower rooms, this holiday home offers everything you want size: cozy corners, luxury, and tranquility
Living spaces:
The living room has a dining area and a separate sitting area with smart TV. Air conditioning and heating are available. There is also a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, which provides warmth and coziness in winter. Fast Wi-Fi via fiber optic and router provides the entire house and outdoor space with internet. There is a portable (JBL) speaker for music.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences and appliances. From induction stove and toaster to fruit presser and hand blender. All basic necessities and much more, such as spices, foil, garbage bags and washing-up liquid are also provided.
Outside:
The 180-degree panoramic view from the two large terraces is breathtaking. Sea view pur sang! Outside it is just as tastefully decorated as inside; heavenly daybed, lounge sofas, sun loungers, seats, outdoor shower... but most of the time you will spend at the long covered dining table in this Naya you are going to have a wonderful time with a constant sea breeze, some relaxing music and your favorite company.
Bedrooms:
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with rain shower. Two rooms with air conditioning and 1 room with fan. The beds are 90cm wide and can function as a double bed or can be used separately. Box springs, luxury bedding from Crisp Sheets and beautiful towels complete it. There are also 6 generous beach towels that can be used by our tenants. That saves luggage space!
In short, a wonderful house for both in the summer and in the (usually) sunny winter months!

This delightful cassita is less than a 10-minute drive from the charming Spanish village of Moraira. The location in the Costa Blanca is very central. Only a 10 minute drive from the beaches and villages such as Moraira and Calp.

We find the house less suitable for small children, because of a number of low walls

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August and 5 nights the rest of the year. Arrivals and departures possible every day of the week.
- We recommend that you rent a car (there is a pitch next to the casita)
- Check-in from 16:00. Check-out at 10:00 am.
- Surcharge of € 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00
- Surcharge of € 50 for arrivals after midnight
- Surcharge of €50 upon arrival on Christmas Day.
