Lovely Ibiza style villa with all conveniences and lots of privacy. The house is in the sun all day. From 06:00 - 20:00 in the morning you can fully enjoy the sun. Great for the early and late season. But in the summer there are lovely places in the shade around the pool.
Full sea views from the house and the village. That means enjoying the sea during the day and the lights down in the village in the evening. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and street, only 5 minutes by car to the beaches, the village and the restaurants.
Everything on 1 floor, so nice and compact. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 2 with double beds. Television in the living room is equipped with Canal Digital so Dutch and foreign channels, but also Chrome for streaming or Apple TV.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for cooling and heating. In the living room there is a pallet stove (with automatic thermostat) to heat up extra in the early and late season if necessary.
House is equipped with Wifi (inside and outside separately switched) including Sonos inside and outside. So you can enjoy some music by the pool. On the new outdoor kitchen you can grill delicious burgers or a fish on the plate.
In 2024, the villa was completely updated with new beds and kitchen equipment.
