This lovely sunny villa with a beautiful sea view has everything a nice holiday requires. Comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful mature Mediterranean garden, swimming pool and partly covered large terraces offer a lot of privacy and tranquility. There is a children's playground, ping pong table, table football, darts and jeu de boule court. The swimming pool has a separate children's pool. You can also use the private tennis court.
The house has mosquito nets everywhere, WiFi fiber optic, covered parking, washing-drying room, separate toilet, international and Dutch TV channels, etc. etc. In this house you will lack nothing for a super nice stay.

The almost one thousand year old village Guadelest (35 km from the villa) is completely situated around the castle. The castle, simply called El Castell de Guadalest, has for years been an important defense point of the Moors against the Spaniards.
