We, Lotte and Ron, fell in love with Moraira, with its beautiful beaches and bays, great restaurants and relaxed atmosphere, making it a nice place to relax all year round. Nice Spanish villages in the immediate vicinity such as Xalon, Lliber and Xabia. We offer the ground floor apartment with swimming pool for rent. The upstairs apartment will not be occupied when the studio is rented, so you can enjoy it wonderfully, quietly and with privacy in combination with an unobstructed view.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 30th and the 20th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 20 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
