Casa Sol

Atmospheric single-storey house in Spanish style with 2 bedrooms, a work annex bedroom, fiber optic, private swimming pool, sea view, south-facing garden with lots of privacy, luxurious outdoor kitchen, spacious covered naya, lounge area and all within walking distance of the center of Moraira .

Casa Sol is located in the Sol Park district on the north side of Moraira. This spacious and green area is very quiet, but is still within walking distance of the cozy Moraira. Casa Sol is located on a dead end street, so the house offers a lot of peace and privacy.

The single storey house is situated on a flat plot of 827m2 and is very complete and comfortably furnished.

Inside
The living room has a cozy living room and separate dining area from which you have a view of the garden and the covered veranda (naya).

The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, all kinds of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc..

There is air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house and a pellet stove in the living room. Casa Sol has a fiber optic internet connection, Smart TV and a Sonos audio system. You can easily link your own Netflix or YouTube account to the television.

There are two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The box-spring beds in these bedrooms are 200 cm. x 160 cm. (2x 80 cm wide). One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom uses the second bathroom. There is also a work-cum-bedroom with a desk and a 27-inch screen. This room has a single box-spring bed.


Outside
When you walk outside through the living room, you will immediately reach the cozy covered naya. The naya provides shade when required. From here you have a beautiful view of the private swimming pool, the beautiful south-facing garden and the Mediterranean Sea. From the terrace you walk via a few steps towards the swimming pool, the luxurious outdoor kitchen and the lounge area.

In the garden you have sun all day and you can enjoy a snack or drink on one of the terraces, take a dip in the pool, have a barbecue, or just read a book in peace. Everything is possible.

You can use the sunbeds around the pool. The enclosed garden, the naya, the lounge area and the swimming pool are beautifully lit at night. The outdoor shower by the pool has hot and cold water. The spacious outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas barbecue and a countertop with sink.

There is good WiFi coverage on the terraces and by the pool.

There is a washing machine in the storage room at the side of the house. Behind the house there is room for two cars on the private lockable driveway with carport.

Casa Sol is just a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) from Moraira and a 10 minute walk to the local shops, restaurants, bakery and tennis club.
