Casa Sabrosa is a nice villa with beautiful (sea) views in the nice and cozy Moraira. Close to supermarket and restaurants. The central beach of Moraira (close to the center) is about 2 km. Smaller beaches are closer. A walk to the center of Moraira along the coast is well worth the effort.
The villa consists of a main house and Casita (guest house). The main building consists of the house and an apartment.
The house is accessible via an (external) staircase and has an naja, living room, kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and pantry), a bathroom with bath/shower and 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (140x200 and 160x200) and 1 with a bunk bed and trundle bed (very suitable for 2 or 3 children, but adults can also sleep here). The bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is free wifi and canal digital with an extensive Dutch channel package (+ sports).
On the ground floor is an apartment with spacious kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.
The Casita has a large kitchen with dishwasher, table for 8 persons, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with spacious shower. The Casita and the Naja of the house are located next to the private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters.
